Aquino Tank Weekend is the largest and greatest historical military show in North America. It is the Canadian Tank Museum’s biggest annual event. There is nothing like it in the world.
Spanning over three very busy days (12-14 June 2026), Aquino Tank Weekend is an event with action packed excitement for families and history enthusiasts.

The Museum is known world wide for its extensive collection of operational historical vehicles (over 180) and they will be showcased in both static and dynamic displays over the weekend.
They will roll out in demonstrations, battle re-enactments, and one-on-one tank battles!

Canadians Advance in an Aquino Battle
The battle re-enactments are second to none. They combine an intensive experience where artillery, infantry, and vehicles encounter each other. These scenarios are narrated and supported by explosions and gunfire (with blanks)! anning over three very busy days (25-27 July 2025), Aquino Tank Weekend is an event with action packed excitement for families and history enthusiasts.
Aquino Tank Weekend is much more than that!
There will be displays from Canadian Armed Forces units, partner Museums from all over Southern Ontario, a myriad of Historical Reenactors, other supporting organizations with similar interests (From Pipe and Drums to Radio Controlled Tanks), food trucks, beer garden, and our ever-popular Kids Zone.
We suggest that you plan this as a full weekend event because there is too much to see on just one day!

- Taxes and fees are not included in the listed prices.
- Military vehicle rides must be purchased separately from admission tickets.
- Children riding on armoured vehicles must have an adult riding with them. Both the child and the adult must each have their own ride tickets.
- Child tickets are for children under 12 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Serving military or RCMP personnel or veterans must present ID at the entry gate.
- No weapons, replica weapons, military uniforms, or political displays, are permitted at the event, except for museum authorized re-enactors or serving military and police personnel.
- Museum guests attend at their own risk. The Museum takes no responsibility for losses or damage to persons or property.
- Battle re-enactments, tanks, and simulated gunfire are very loud and you will be very close. Hearing protection is highly recommended.
