The Canadian Tank Museum is excited to announce the launch of its new free audio guide app that is now available for download from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store!

This new app, developed in partnership with All About Web Services, offers a new dimension for visitors to engage with Canada’s military history. With 70 tracks in English, French, and German, it is filled with exciting and moving stories of Canada’s armoured soldiers, delivering them in a manner that supports diverse learning styles and accessibility needs. Once you have downloaded the app and selected your choice of language, use its camera function to scan QR codes or its “Manual Index” search feature to enter the track numbers placed on exhibits and vehicles to discover their fascinating stories.

Please note that due to high visitor traffic at the event, it is recommended to download the app ahead of your visit. Once your choice of language pack is loaded, a WiFi or data connection is not required to use the app at the museum.
